Sweet, buttery Manila clams harvested by hand from our home farm in Lilliwaup on Hood Canal.
They’re wonderfully easy to cook and deeply satisfying — steam them with garlic and white wine, toss into pasta, or drop into a pot of broth. Naturally rich in protein, iron, B12, and omega-3s, they’re as nourishing as they are delicious.
We pre-rinse and soak the clams before packing. All you need to do before cooking is give them a quick rinse under cold water.
